Your 2011 Dickson Dolphins

Dickson Dolphins 2011 Homecoming Princess
So the Dickson Dolphins had there homecoming...on a Friday Night!!! Didn't like that. But We were told a couple of weeks ago that Tatum would be Homecoming Princess. I am so excited for her. It was again hard to keep this secret from her. I have video...coming soon....of her just so unaware until Coach Sarah puts on her sash and she read it...the BIG smile on her face says so much. I really love my baby girl and I am so proud of her. Tatum is an amazing young lady and I'm not saying this because she my daughter! She is very friendly and helps out her family..she deserved this.

Super Peewee (JV Peewees) Super Bowl 2010

PEEWEE SUPER BOWL

Saturday Oct. 9, 2010-Dickson Dolphin Super Peewee Series.
Silver Dolphins vs. Orange Dolphins.
The crowd is wild. Well maybe just us mamma's! But this was a good game. Video to come soon, still in editing phase. Orange Dolphins won 12-14. Jayden was on the Silver Dolphins Team. I am proud of him. As much as I have criticized. I still love him and he did a great job for this being his first year playing football. WAY TO GO ORANGE DOLPHINS!! And this is the Best Game of the Season. That night out JV Peewees (aka Super Peewees) also played the Fairview Titan. JV Peewees won 24-6, Dolphin Peewees Won 34-24, breaking the undefeated strike Fairview Peewees had going on. Our Minor won 24-0 and remain undefeated. Our Majors.....finally won a second time. Better luck next time Fairview.
GO DOLPHINS!!!!!!!

Like Father, Like Son

Okay so Many of you know us and know how my husband Bobby is a BIG Car Buff, he loves car, bikes, ATV; okay anything that has Wheels and can make some noise . This is #1 in his life. Watching movies/show about them, how to shows, Car shows....he will has a wreak on day and whip lash i might add when an Bad Ass Car or bike passes us. He also loves working on them as well. My son Jayden is showing early signs of the addiction. It amazes me everyday with how alike they are. It truly is Like Father, Like Son. Jay can and will make anything into a Steering Wheel. He will sit for hours with his hot wheels. It was at the Science Center that I really got to see this. There was this Garage in the Center and Jay headed straight for this and immediately started to change tires and get underneath it like he knew what was truly wrong with it. Jay even likes hanging out with his daddy's friends.

Lucky One 4 Continue....Trip to Alabama...Never was good at Science

Okay so in April i won ticket to McWane Science Center in Alabama. Well My sister Jordan and her 2 kids joined us in the fun of knowledge. I was really fun. I started our day bright and early 7am. took to the road make several bathroom breaks. We have 3 kids who just haven't learned to hold. On the way there We witnessed something I have never seen before.......a wreak in the making. On the opposite side of the interstate driving north bound was a SUV in the median driving straight for us, then we look up and there she was a King Cab Pickup truck towing a travel trailer, the trailer was fishtailing and then it just tipped over taking the truck with it, the camper fell against the interstate sign, the truck just kept on flipping. I called 911 but for the sake of the 4 kids we were traveling with i didn't stop to check. I was afraid the the lookers....and you know that the drivers would be looking at whats going on and not pay a lick of attention....would hit us. So I just dialed 911 gave the information and kept on going. I still wonder to this day if that family is okay. And I thank God that the Tractor Trailer traveling behind the Camper was able to stop and not cause anymore damage. But eventually we made our way to the Science Center. It was awesome. There were lots of things to do and see. The Kids could interact with just about everything there. We stayed about 4 hours and left for home. By the end of the trip kids were getting restless but I have to say it was the best trip I had in a long time.

October 21, 2008

Okay so today is my little boy's birthday. It is hard to believe it. For the last couple of months we have asked what would he like...... he has always replied with "2 Cars". He is a car man.....just like his daddy. I do wish he would get interested in other things but cars is what he likes. He had so much fun. We just stayed home and had him a little party but he really enjoyed him self. And of course every one just about got him "2 cars". he had 20 by the end of the day. Where does time GO! Just yesterday he was in my arms needing me for every little movement in his life. now his getting around and even has friends in his life that he wants to spend time with more than his own family.....and he's 4 years old.

Meet Jayden Avery

Okay this Is Jayden Avery, he is who I call "My Buddy". Jayden was born he weighed just 9 lbs 5 oz. When he was 6 wks old he weighted 8lbs 1 oz. After many unanwsered doctors visits I took Jay to a walk in clinic, where i felt alot better with his dignosis. He has Pyloric Stenosis.

What Is Pyloric Stenosis? You Say.......
Pyloric stenosis is a narrowing of the pylorus, the lower part of the stomach through which food and other stomach contents pass to enter the small intestine. When an infant has pyloric stenosis, the muscles in the pylorus have become enlarged to the point where food is prevented from emptying out of the stomach.

So in my opinion my kids so called doctor misdiagnosed my son and he almost died. Now I know my son had a medical problem but in my hearts of hearts I know that , that doctor didn't do the the best he could to help my son. I do however what to give kudos to the Nurse Practitioner, Kelley Sharp. She took the time to listen to me and care for my son. I owe her everything. I know it's not my place to judge and that it's the Lords job but I will never let my children go back to that that doctor. I trust a Nurse before I would trust that doctor again. Needless to say 48 hours later my son had his surgery and is alot better.

But now Jayden is 3 years old going on 4. He is a ladies man, He has gotten my grandmother eating out of the palm of his hand. Which my grandmother was with me during the whole pyloric thing. She watch as he cryed for me when they took 2 hours just to put an iv in him, but not one tear fell from his checks. Jayden suprizes me everyday with something new and cute. He makes me laugh. He is a strong little man. He is my buddy.
